Common questions

Where is my family's data stored?
On your device and in your own iCloud (Apple's private CloudKit). We can't see it — see our Privacy Policy.

Do I need an account?
No separate account or server. Nexus uses your Apple ID / iCloud to sync across your family's devices.

How do I get started quickly?
On first launch you can tap "Take a tour with the Rivera family" to see Nexus fully set up, then create your own family when you're ready.

How do I delete my data?
You can remove your data any time from within the app, or by deleting the app and clearing its data in your iCloud settings.

Does Nexus use an external AI service?
Only if you turn it on. You can bring your own AI provider and key; the feature is off by default and clearly marked when active.
